ONE INJURED - POTSDAM - One person was injured in a two-vehicle colloision at 4:40 p.m. Friday on state Route 56, near Country Lane, in the town of Potsdam, Canton-based state police said. The vehicles were operated by Michele A. Francello, 49, of Brasher Falls and Jarika M. Donalis, 18, of Massena.

PETIT LARCENY - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged a 15-year-old male from Winthrop with petit larceny early Friday evening following an investigation into an incident reported at 3:20 p.m. that afternoon from the town of Stockholm. His case was turned over to the petition department to determine if the juvenile will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.

DWI - WINTHROP - Winthrop-based state police charged Bryan L. Deon, 22, of Potsdam with driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for two counts of moving from lane unsafely at 7:25 p.m. Friday following a traffic stop on state Route 11C in the town of Stockholm.

HARASSMENT - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Charlie S. Sipos, 26, of Raymondville with second-degree harassment Thursday following an investigation into a domestic dispute reported Feb. 18 from the town of Norfolk.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Everett J. Dibble, 38, of Ogdensburg with petit larceny following a shoplifting complaint received at 5:52 p.m. Friday from the town of Massena.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - ST. REGIS FALLS - Malone-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:48 p.m. Friday on the Waite Road, near state Route 458, in the town of Waverly. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Marie T. Kirwan, 65, of Massena.
