WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police picked up Christopher J. Burkum, 40, of Potsdam on an arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender held by the St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department at 8:58 p.m. Tuesday after he turned himself in at the vilage police station.
