Carisa H. Steele, 36, of 5420 County Route 10, Heuvelton, was ticketed for failure to turn at 4:44 p.m. Sunday, Ogdensburg police said.

Marcus F. Smith, 40, 215 Lafayette St., was arrested at his home at 2:05 p.m. Sunday for second-degree forgery, city police said. Police said he is accused of signing the name “Marc Collins” in a report following his arrest. Mr. Smith was initially arrested for allegedly providing the same fake name when he was questioned about an assault case at his residence. He is being held and awaiting arraignment.

Jeffery D. Bresett, 38, of 511 Knox St., was arrested on a court bench warrant for violating probation at 1 p.m. Monday, city police said. He was arraigned in city court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $500 bail.

Police arrested Scott E. Boyer, 34, of 506 Barre St., at 6:20 a.m. Monday at the police station for second degree criminal contempt. Mr. Boyer was arraigned and released under supervision.

Scott M. Bevins, 16, of 630 Linden St., was arrested on a city court arrest warrant at 10:24 a.m. Monday at the police station for disorderly conduct, city police said. He was released under his own recognizance.

Terri L. Devries, 29, of 2970 Route 345, Madrid was arrested at 11:07 a.m. Monday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine, city police said. Ms. Devries was released with an appearance ticket after posting $100 bail.

Police arrested Jesse J. Austin, 33, of 212 Montgomery St., at 1:39 p.m. Monday at City Court for failing to appear at his court date. He was released under his own recognizance.

Police ticketed Kara M. Leonard, 20, of 101 Mt. Alone Rd., Heuvelton, at 3:52 p.m. Monday at the intersection of the Downtown Arterial and Commerce St. for failing to stop at a stop sign.

Travis C. Clary, 30, of 319 Madison Ave., was ticketed at 4:01 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Ogden St. and St. Lawrence Avenue for failing to stop at a stop sign, city police said.
