HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Ginelle M. Gardner, 18, of 37 Howard St., Massena, on a criminal summons Monday charging her with second-degree harassment. She allegedly intentionally bumped into Breanna Waters, striking her in the back with her elbow, during an incident Feb. 6 at Massena Central High School.

NO INSURANCE - MASSENA - Village police charged Janelle M. Ostroski, 24, of Waddington for operation of a vehicle with no insurance and a suspended registration at 12:32 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert J. Smoke, 46, of Watervliet with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a vehicle with no plate lamps following a traffic stop at 12:18 a.m. Tuesday on East Orvis Street.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Chelsey A. Doran, 19, of Adams Road, Norfolk, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:46 a.m. Tuesday on East Hatfield Street.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Megan R. Joubert, 18, of County Route 41, Massena, for unsafe backing following an incident at 11:04 a.m. Tuesday on Franklin Street.
