FORGERY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Kayla M. Diegan, 20, of Canton with two counts of second-degree forgery Tuesday morning stemminfg from an investigation into a complaint made to troopers at 12:30 p.m. March 7 from the town fo Potsdam.

HARASSMENT - COLTON - Canton-based state police charged Randolph K. Reed, 49, of South Colton with second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute reported to troopers at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday from the town of Colton.

AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - WADDINGTON - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Steven A. Ashley, 33, of Canton with aggravated harassment following an investigation into an incident reported to troopers at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday from the town of Waddington.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Carrie I. Larock, 40, of Norwood and Lauren-Ann E. Snyder, 21, of Norwood with criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass following a complaint filed with troopers at 11:42 p.m. Tuesday from the town of Westville.
