BAD CHECK - WADDINGTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies picked up Kimberly A. Elliott, 46, of 1208 Raquette Road, Potsdam, on an arrest warrant Tuesday. The warrant issued by the town of Waddington Court charged Elliott with one count of issuing a bad check. Elliott allegedly issued a check on an account with insufñcíent funds to Sharlow’s Service Station, Waddington. She was arraigned in the town of Waddington Court and released on her own recognizance to appear at a later date.
