Caleb L. Rayburn of 100 Spring St., called Ogdensburg police Monday at 9:07 p.m. to report a burglary at his home. Details weren’t available.

Ogdensburg police arrested Michael J. Nugent, 27, of 1848 Jay St., at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday at City Court on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date for an earlier charge of criminal obstruction of breathing and second degree harassment. Mr. Nugent was also arrested on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date for an earlier charge of first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, driving while ability impaired with drugs, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and failing to stay on the right side of the road. Mr. Nugent was returned to county jail after being arraigned. No further details were available.

Police ticketed Amanda L. St. Dennis, 32, of 311 Seymour St., at 10:21 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of the Downtown Arterial and Albany Avenue for driving 53 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour speed zone.

Machenzie R. Joanette, 21, of 116 Gates St., was ticketed by police at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of the Downtown Arterial and Commerce Street for driving an uninspected vehicle.

Mellisa A. Badlam, 23, of 972 county route 3, Redwood, was arrested by police at 2:41 p.m. at the police station for failing to pay a fine. Ms. Badlam posted $80 bail and was released with an appearance ticket.
