Justin P. Dority, 22, of 105 State St., Heuvelton, was charged Wednesday at 12:51 p.m. with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, no Interlock (alcohol detection device), unregistered motor vehicle and no front license plate, Ogdensburg police said. He posted $200 bail and is due in city court on April 5.

Michelle M. Keith, 22, of 1420 Jay St., was arrested Wednesday at 12:59 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, city police said.

Diane D. Fitzgerald, 67, of 136 Arnold Road, was ticketed Wednesday at 11:46 a.m. on Ford Street for speed in zone, Ogdensburg police reported.

Billy J. Hill, 68, of, 211 Elizabeth St., was ticketed Wednesday at 9:27 a.m. at State and Hamilton streets for passing a red light, Ogdensburg police said.
