DWI - PARISHVILLE - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Justin Toddof Parishvillewith driving while intoxicated following an investigation into a personal injury accident reported at 12:01 a.m. Saturday on the Old Potsdam- Parishville Road in the the town of Parishville.

Deputies said Todd lost control of a 2004 Jeep on slippery roads, went off the right shoulder ofthe road and struck a large rock embankment, causing his vehicle to roll onto its side.

Todd reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent, more than double the legal limit. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent of higher constitutes a DWI charge.

Deputies were assisted at the accident scene by Parishviile Fire and Rescue.
