Myra A. Rayman, 36, of Ogdensburg, was ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign at the corner of Greene and Patterson streets at 7:39 a.m. Friday, Ogdensburg police said.

Crystal L. McLear, 35, of 202 Washington St., was arrested for failure to pay a fine at 8:52 a.m. Friday, city police said. She was arraigned by Judge A. Michael Gebo and released on her own recognizance.

Barber, 18, of 815 Main St., was arrested Friday on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment for allegedly harassing her mother, Dawn Hall, 42, also of 815 Main St., on Feb. 26, city police said. She was arraigned by Judge A. Michael Gebo and released on her own recognizance
