An Ogdensburg man was arrested Monday for allegedly selling a prescription narcotic in the city.

Mark A. Reese, 40, of 901 Ford Ave., was arrested Monday by Ogdensburg police after a sealed indictment was opened in St. Lawrence County Court charging him with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

He was accused of selling the narcotic pain medicine Oxycodone.

He was arraigned and released to the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Probation Department. More arrests are expected, said Detective Daniel C. Mousaw.
