SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Teena M. Paige, 39, of Malone for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 7:55 a.m. Friday on East Hatfield Street.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed James A. Webb, 37, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate headlight and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 5:06 a.m. Friday on Main Street.



FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Michael W. Ashley, 28, of Massena for following too closely following an incident at 1:08 p.m. Thursday on Willow Street at Bishop Avenue.



LEAVING SCENE - MASSENA - Village police charged Russell D. Spencer, 44, of 130 Court St., Apt. 403, Watertown, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident at 11:12 a.m. Thursday following an investigation into a property damage accident that took place at 9 a.m. March 17 in the Quality Inn parking lot.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jamie L. McDonald, 30, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:38 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street.
