DWI - MASSENA - Myles F. Norman, 26, of 351 E. Orvis Street, Massena, was charged with driving while intoxicated at 4 a.m. Sunday on North Main Street, Massena, after getting his car stuck in a yard while trying to turn around. He reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.09 percent.

He was also charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle for driving with a suspended license.



DOG AT LARGE - MASSENA - Village police charged Christopher Tracy, 31, of 54 Academy St., Apt. 2, Massena, with petit larceny at 6 p.m. Saturday following an incident at Walmart. He allegedly shoplifted two books, two DVDs, two packages of cheese and four packages of Little Smokies.



OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Thomas Boice, 28, of 598 South Main St., Massena, with an open container violation at 2:10 a.m. Sunday on Andrews Street.



OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Patrick R. Bulger, 23, of Linthicum Heights, Md., and Matthew R. Hatch, 22, of 7 Ober St., Massena, with an open container violation at 2:40 a.m. Sunday on Andrews Street.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Cody J. Anderson, 21, of 175 McKinley Ave., Massena, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle at 12:34 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Robert G. Babcock, 42, of Waddington with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration at 1:28 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Danforth Place.



INADEQUATE MUFFLER - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Charles Gray, 76, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate muffler following a traffic stop at 1:50 p.m. Monday on East Orvis Street.



INADEQUATE STOP LAMP - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mark M. Salisbury Jr., 32, of Massena for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 4:10 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Andrews Street.



OPEN CONTAINER - MASSENA - Village police charged Carrie L. Gambaccini, 33, of 11 Haskell St., Massena, with an open container violation at 10:35 p.m. Friday on Sycamore St.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Kylie A. Malley, 21, of Bombay with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed Malley for speed in zone (50/30) at 11:18 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on the South Raquette River Road.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Deanna Smoke-Tarbell, 35, of St. Regis Road, Akwesasne, with operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 12:58 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on state Route 37.



SUSPENDED REGISTRATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Ashley A. Oswalt, 29, of 56 Highland Road, Apt. 6, Massena, with operation of a vehicle with a suspended registration and no insurance at 11:21 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Andrea L. Sprague, 31, of Massena for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle at 8:49 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Serena H. McLaughlin, 41, of Massena for speed in zone at 1:35 a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Melissa Amarel, 41, of 45 Main St., Apt. 1, Massena, with petit larceny at 12:15 p.m. Thursday following an investigation into an incident that took place Tuesday at Peets Jewelers. She reportedly shoplifted a ring valued at $25.
