HARASSMENT - MASSENA - Village police charged David D. Dubray, 46, of 19 Colgate Drive, Massena, with second-degree harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute that took place on July 14. He reportedly struck Samantha Valdez during an argument.

UNSAFE BACKING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Bob V. Goodreau, 25, of 2274 state Route 420, Massena, with unsafe backing at 4:26 p.m. Friday following a property damage accident in the Tangles parking lot off Romeo Avenue. Police said Goodreau backed into a vehicle operated by Joyce Saber, 74, of Raymondville.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Mabel L. Woodside, 87, of County Route 43, Massena, for following too closely at 1:28 p.m. Friday following a property damage accident on North Main Street. She rearended a vehicle being operated by Amanda Prashaw, 38, of Chase Mills.
