AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Sterling R. Grant Jr., 29, of Ogdensburg with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate plate lamps at 12:44a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jeffrey W. Clark, 17, of Canton with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with inadequate headlights at 1:28a.m. Friday following a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue. Police said while patrols were out on a traffic stop on Pierrepont Avenue, Clark drove by them with no headlights. A traffic stop was initiated, and further investigation revealed Clark did not have a driver’s license.



BENCH WARRANT - POTSDAM - Village police said they received two bench warrants from Potsdam Court on Friday seeking the arrest of Stephen S. Grant II, 26 of Norfolk for failure appear on several charges pending in court, including second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. Police have not executed the warrant yet.

1515 Criminal mischief complaint received.

1611 Patrol completed fingerprints on an individual for a security clearance.

1807 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Colton.

2318 Received report of runaway child. Patrols responded. Child located.
