Ogdensburg police arrested Richard P.J. Teriele, 22, of 1206 County Route 4, at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with second-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was released with an appearance ticket.
Robert P. Purser, 24, of 1311 Ford St., was arrested by city police at 9:50 a.m. Thursday at the state police station on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant for violating an order of the Integrated Domestic Violence court. He was arraigned and released to probation supervision.
City police arrested Gerald L. Ripley III, 42, of 717 Park St., at 1:40 p.m. Thursday at the police station for first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree attempted assault, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree menacing. He was arraigned and sent to St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, without bail. No further details were available.
