Patrol completed a traffic stop on Main Street after observing a vehicle make a U-turn and fail to signal a turn on two separate accounts. The operator, Jared W. Hollander, age 22 of Norfolk, was issued traffic summons for OPER UNREGISTERD MV ON HIGHWAY, NO U-TURNS, and 2 counts of UNSAFE TURN/FAILURE TO SIGNAL; returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 9/20/13
1759 Report of a water main break on Maple Street. Patrol and the DPW superintendent responded and determined that the drain was having trouble keeping up with the large amount of rain that was received in a very short period of time.
