DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Adreese D. Robinson, 20, of Fort Drum with disorderly conduct -creating hazardous conditions at 11:32p.m. Saturday on Maple Streetafter patrols were dispatched to a complaint of a person attempting to remove a bicycle that was located at a business.

PUBLIC LEWDNESS - POTSDAM - Village police charged Kurt A. Whitford, 21, of Keeseville with disorderly conduct - creating hazardous conditions, public urination, third-degree criminal tampering and public lewdness at 1:59a.m. Sunday on Market Street after a police received a complaint a male was urinating on equipment inside a business.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Justin V. Collins, 21, of Fort Drum with disorderly conduct - fight/violent behavior at 2:05a.m. Sunday following an altercation in the Prosh parking lot.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Adolfo Cavazos, 22, of Fort Drum with disorderly conduct - obstructing traffic at 2:10a.m. Sunday on Market Streetafter an officer observed him walk out into moving traffic, causing a motorist to stop suddenly to avoid striking him. Eleven minutes later, he was charged with disorderly conduct - obscene language/gestures for standing in the streetand yelling obscenities.

RESISTING ARREST - POTSDAM - Village police charged Travis M. Judware, 22, of Potsdam with resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child at 5:17 p.m. Sunday on Lawrence Avenueafter police responded to a reported domestic incident.

0036 Patrols responded to a report of people yelling outside on State Street.

0108 Patrols responded to a report of a possible trespass on Pine Street.

0110 Patrol observed subjects on Depot Street violating open container ordinance. A verbal warning was issued.

0151 Patrol was flagged down by an employee of a local restaurant reporting a subject urinating on business equipment located inside.Suspect issued appearance tickets.

0156 Patrols responded to a report of a fight at a bar on Market Street.

0205 Patrols responded to an ongoing fight in the Prosh Lot. One subject issued an appearance ticket.

0210 Patrol observed subject obstructing the flow of traffic on Market Street. Subject issued an appearance ticket.

0221 Patrol observed subject standing in street yelling obscenities. Subject issued an appearance ticket.

0443 Found property turned in to Potsdam Police.

1315 Potsdam Rescue dispatched to Norwood.

1645 Patrols dispatched to a domestic dispute.

1850 Property damage accident on Market and Elm.

1924 Received report of a set of keys believed to have been lost in the village.

2228 Criminal mischief complaint on Bay Street. Patrol responded.
