Marilyn A. Kinch, 55, of 1401 Greene St., was arrested Friday at 8:32 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for endangering of a child, Ogdensburg police said. The charge stemmed from a June 19 incident at Phillips Diner, 415 Ford St., where Matianne B. Whiteford, 23, of Pyrites, claimed she was attacked by a woman. No other details were available.
Ms. Kinch was arraigned in city court and released on her own recognizance.
Penny Woodward, of 406 N. Meadow Drive, called city police Thursday at 7:50 p.m. to report damage to her property. Details werent available.
John H. Pribble, 37, of 142 Belmont Courts, was arrested Thursday at 5:23 p.m. on a city court warrant for second-degree criminal contempt, Ogdensburg police said.
Ibrahim M. Abdulghani, of 315 Belmont Courts, called city police Thursday at 5:06 p.m. to report a stolen bicycle.
