Trespassing complaint results in aggravated DWI arrest for Parishville man

TRESPASSING - PARISHVILLE - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Justin J. Robidoux, 31, of 1800 state Route 72, Parishville, with aggravated driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest after police responded to a trespassing complaint at 6:54 a.m. Sunday at 1890 state Route 72 in the town of Parishville.

Deputies responding to the trespass complaint said they located Robidoux inside a 1995 Chevy pickup truck registered to Clayton Thomas and parked in his driveway.

Robidoux was reportedly seen seated behind the truck’s steering wheel with the engine running. When confronted, Robidoux exited the vehicle and walked next door to his residence.

Once deputies located Robidoux, he fled on foot and walk found a short distance later when he was attempting to enter another residence on Route 72.

He was released on an appearance ticket for Parishville Town Court.
