STALKING - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Gary R. Crosbie, 50, of 223 East Hatfield St., Massena, with fourth-degree stalking and two felony counts of first-degree criminal contempt. Crosbie allegedly violated a St. Lawrence County Family Court order of protection directing him to stay away from Michelle Crosbie. He reportedly made several phone calls and followed her when she was driving while he was operating his mother’s vehicle.

DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Carrie L. Irwin, 37, of 410 Small Road, Brasher, with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:45 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 420 in the village of Massena.

PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Adam J. LePage, 26, of Moira and Renee A. LePage, 24, of Brushton with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 11:41 a.m. Monday at the Malone Walmart.

HARASSMENT - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Frank A. Hart, 47, of Bombay with econd-degree harassment after responding to a complaint at 6:50 p.m. Monda from the town of Bombay. Troopers said the arrest was made at 22 County Route 1.

STOLEN PROPERTY - WATERTOWN - Watertown-based state police charged Kady L. Lafleur, 20, and Bobbie J. Larck, 34, both of Massena, with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 4:15 p.m. Monday from the Salmon Run Mall in the town of Watertown.

RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT - TUPPER LAKE - Tupper Lake-based state police charged Trevor P. Kennedy, with second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and two counts of trespassing after responding to a complaint at 3:39 p.m. Monday from the town of Tupper Lake. Troopers said the arrest was made on the Panther Mountain Road in the town of Harrietstown.
