PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Lacey N. Arquette, 24, and Amy D. Arquette, 17, both of 350 Route 37, Hogansburg, with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 7:56 p.m. Saturday at Walmart. They allegedly walked past the store’s last point of sale without paying for $354.66 worth of merchandise.



FACILITATING AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED - MASSENA - Village police charged Theresa M. Dissottle, 25, of 74 North Main St., Massena, with facilitating third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 6:05 p.m. Saturday on North Main Street.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Tyler J. McGregor, 21, of 41 Beach St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 6:05 p.m. Saturday on North Main Street.



INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Victor A. Perry, 77, of Somerset Avenue, Massena, for operation of a vehicle with an inadequate headlight following a traffic stop at 5:05 p.m. Saturday on the Willow Street Extension.



CELL PHONE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Jason E. Grant, 41, of Hardinsburg, Ind., for using a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:20 p.m. Saturday on East Orvis Street.



SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed John L. Gardner, 53, of County Route 52, Massena, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:40 a.m. Saturday on East Hatfield Street.
