Sara E. Brown, 29, of 509 King St., was charged Sunday at 1:15 p.m. on New York Avenue for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, Ogdensburg police said.

Matthew D. Brouse, 29, of 611 Elizabeth St., was arrested Sunday at 2:15 a.m. on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree harassment, city police said.

Katie L. King, 24, of 822 New York Ave., was ticketed Saturday at 7:49 p.m. on Ford Street for failure to keep right and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Ogdensburg police said she was involved in an accident with a vehicle driven by Angela M. Brenno, 34, of 824 Hasbrouck St.

Ronald B. Redmond III, 21, of 909 Mechanic St., was arrested Saturday at 12:24 a.m. on city court arrest warrants for third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was also charged by city police with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest.

Melinda A. Montroy, 28, of 424 Belmont Courts, was arrested Friday at 5:28 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said. She was released after posting $250 bail.

Emily J. Bailey, of 460 Ford St., called city police Friday at 4:31 p.m. to report a theft of her mail.

Christopher P.J. Teriele, 22, of 237 Belmont Courts, was arrested Friday at 2:56 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to appear, Ogdensburg police said. He was released after posting bail.
