SPEED NOT REASONABLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Robert E. Wilson, 44, of Washington Street, Massena, with speed not reasonable and prudent following a property damage accident at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday on Liberty Avenue. Police said Wilson lost control of his vehicle, went off the roadway and struck a porch at 92 Liberty Ave.

FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Naomi Drake, 39, of Rice Road, Dekalb Junction for following too closely at 5:20 p.m. Wednesday following a property damage accident on West Hatfield Street. She rear ended a vehicle being operated by Timothy Rivers, 51, of Potsdam.

UNSAFE START - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Cynthia A. Puente, 67, of Waddington for making an unsafe start following an incident at 11:25 a.m. Thursday on state Route 37 at Main Street.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Loretta A. Fournier, 66, of Douglas Road, Massena, for a stop sign violation at 1:47 p.m. Wednesday following a traffic stop on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.

FALSELY REPORTING -Village police charged a 12-year-old male with making graffiti and falsely reporting an incident at 5:20 p.m. Tuesday. The juvenile was turned over to the probation department to determine if his case will be petitioned to St. Lawrence County Family Court.
