AGGRAVATED DWI - POTSDAM - Village police charged Darik M. Bradish, 19, of Potsdam with a felony count of first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and aggravated driving while intoxicated at 4:28a.m. Saturday at McDonalds on Market Street. Police said they were investigating a separate incident at McDonaldswhen an employee advised patrols of a possible intoxicated driver who was in the drive-thru. Bradish reportedly had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent, the threshold for elevating a DWI to an aggravated DWI. Police said Bradish was also found to havc a revoked New York statedrivers license. He was released to appear Jan. 17 in Potsdam Village Court.
