NO INTERLOCK DEVICE - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Towanda M. Symons, 32, of Route 122, Constable, with failure to have an interlock ignition device on her vehicle following a driving while intoxicated conviction and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 2:34 p.m. Thursday following a traffic stop on County Route 42. Her operating privileges had been revoked for six months following a Dec. 3 conviction on a driving while intoxicated count. She was arraigne don the new charges by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released on her own recognizance.
