AKWESASNE - Inadequate Headlights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Thomas A. Ivany, 26, of Rooseveltown, NY, for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 9:09 p.m. Tuesday, December 17. Mr. Ivany was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 6.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Brenda K. Greene, of Constable, NY, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 10:23 p.m. Wednesday, December 18 after she was observed operating a vehicle at 49 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on State Route 37. Ms. Greene was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Aggravated Unlicensed Operation- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Tracy A. Oakes, 30, of Akwesasne, Quebec, and charged her with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 18 on State Route 37. Ms. Oakes was issued New York Citations and is to appear in Bombay Town Court on January 14.

Inadequate Headlights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kelly J. Oakes, 23, of Hogansburg, NY, for inadequate headlights and inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 12:34 a.m. Thursday, December 19. Ms. Oakes was issued Tribal Citations and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Inadequate Headlights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed William E. Klotz, 61, of Hogansburg, NY, for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 12:55 a.m. Thursday, December 19. Mr. Klotz was issued a Tribal citation and is appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Inadequate Headlights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Carvin D. Lewis, 33, of Hogansburg, NY, for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 1:04 a.m. Thursday, December 19. Mr. Lewis was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Harold J. Nason, 43, of Brasher Falls, NY, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 9:10 p.m. Thursday, December 19, after he was observed operating a vehicle at 49 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on State Route 37. Mr. Nason was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Justin L. Shope, 40, of Massena, NY, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 9:44 p.m. Thursday, December 19. Mr. Shope was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Inadequate Tail Lights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Doris A. Burns, 53, of Hogansburg, NY, for inadequate tail lights following a traffic stop at Thursday, December 19. Ms. Burns was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Carey G. Miller, 51, of Brasher, NY, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 9:58 p.m. Thursday, December 19 after he was observed operating a vehicle at 50 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on State Route 37. Mr. Miller was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Kenneth Gallinger, 37, of Ormstown, Quebec, for speed in zone and inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 10:24 p.m. Thursday, December 19, after he was observed operating a vehicle at 50 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on State Route 37. Mr. Gallinger was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Samantha P. Heald, 19, of Massena, NY, for speed in zone, fail to dim headlights and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:36 p.m. Thursday, December 19. Ms. Heald was issued Tribal Citations and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Uninspected Motor Vehicle- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Shenae T. Tarbell, 21, of Akwesasne, NY, for uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:53 p.m. Thursday, December 19. Ms. Tarbell was issued a tribal citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 13.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed James J. Besaw, 60, of Potsdam, NY, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 12:04 a.m. Friday, December 20, after he was observed operating a vehicle at 49 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on State Route 37. Mr. Besaw was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Inadequate Tail Lights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Nancy M. Handel, 66, of Massena, NY, for inadequate tail lights following a traffic stop at 12:21 a.m. Friday, December 20. Ms. Handel was issued a Tribal Citation.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Maureen Harris, 58, of Montreal, Quebec, for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 12:49 a.m. Friday, December 20, after she was observed operating a vehicle at 52 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on State Route 37. Ms. Harris was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Driving While Intoxicated- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Wanita M. Swamp-Francis, 48, of Hogansburg, NY, and charged her with a felony driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operate a motor vehicle by unlicensed driver following a traffic stop at 12:05 p.m. Monday, December 23 on McGee Road. Police allege Ms. Swamp-Francis’ blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and a drinking and driving conviction within the last 10 years elevating the charge to a felony. She was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail with bail set at $500 cash or $1,000 bond and is to reappear in Bombay Town Court January 21.

Speeding- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Jordon G. Cole, 27, of Hogansburg, NY, for speed in zone and driving to the left of pavement markings following a traffic stop at 4:20 a.m. Wednesday, December 25, after he was observed operating a vehicle at 65 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M.P.H. zone while traveling on Cook Road. Mr. Cole was issued New York State Citations and is to appear in Bombay Town Court on January 28.

Criminal Possession of Marihuana- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Ashley M. Palmer, 25, of Malone, NY, and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marihuana, second-degree obstruction governmental administration and failure to keep right following a motor vehicle accident at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday, December 25. Ms. Palmer was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and was released on her recognizance. Ms. Palmer is to appear in Tribal Court on January 6 and is to reappear in Bombay Town Court on January 7.

Burglary- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Evita M. Stacy, 29, of Akwesasne, Quebec, and charged with second-degree burglary, petit larceny and for an outstanding bench warrant following an incident on Cook Road at 3:45 a.m. Friday, December 27. Ms. Stacy was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond and is to reappear in Bombay Town Court on December 31.

Harassment- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested Tracy P. Cross, 52, of Kanesatake, Quebec, and charged him with second-degree harassment following an incident at 2:38 a.m. Saturday, December 28. Mr. Cross was released on an appearance ticket and is to answer to the charge in Bombay Town Court on January 21.

Inadequate Headlights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Andrew Reed, 19, of Cornwall, Ontario, for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 9:54 p.m. Monday, December 30. Mr. Reed was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Inadequate Headlights- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Wilbur P. Barnes Jr., 42, of Hogansburg, NY, for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 10:42 p.m. Monday, December 30. Mr. Barnes was issued a Tribal Citation and is to appear in Tribal Court on January 27.

Arrest Warrant- Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police arrested John F. McGee, 66, of Norfolk, NY, at 9:06 a.m. Tuesday, December, 31 on an active warrant for issuing bad checks. Mr. McGee was arraigned at Bombay Town Court and is to reappear on January 7.
