Sarah L. Ashley, 35, of 1104 Mechanic St., was arrested Thursday at 2:21 p.m. on a city court bench warrant for failure to pay a fine, Ogdensburg police said. She posted a fine payment of $60 and is due back in court at a later date.

Jennifer M. Kerr, 33, of 1017 Knox St., was ticketed Wednesday at 3:07 p.m. for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to yield the right of way following a collision with another vehicle at Paterson and Ford streets. Ogdensburg police also charged her with unlawful possession of marijuana. The other motorist was identified as Mackenzee M. Holland, 17, of 1202 Washington St.

Brittany M. Zanker, 22, of 1032 Ford St., was ticketed Wednesday at 3:05 a.m. on Ford Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no headlamps, city police said.

Mary A. Lasiege, 48, of 1332 Ford St., was arrested Wednesday at 3:04 a.m. on Lake Street for driving while intoxicated. Ogdensburg police also charged her with refusal of breath screening, inadequate exhaust and illegal/unsafe tires.
