Canton – The SUNY Canton mens soccer skills clinic which was originally scheduled for December 15th has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This one-day clinic will provide student-athletes the opportunity to participate in a high-level training atmosphere led by quality collegiate coaches. If you did not originally register for the camp there is still time to join a great opportunity to learn from skilled coaches. The 2013 SUNY Canton Skills Clinic is intended for high school and junior college students age 15 and up who are looking to continue their playing career in college. The camp will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on December 15th and feature instruction in areas including but not limited to technical ability, tactical awareness, communication, training techniques. Goalkeeper training will focus on shot stopping, handling, distribution, tactical awareness and decision making.
Cost of the camp will be $65 per player. The price includes top level college coaching, an admissions seminar, positional specific training, an on-site athletic trainer and lunch.
