MASSENA — Two women were treated at Massena Memorial Hospital following an alleged domestic dispute Saturday morning.

Andrew G. Courson, 24, of 24 Roosevelt St., Massena, was charged by Massena Village Police with second-degree burglary, criminal obstruction of breathing, three counts of third-degree assault, three counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree contempt of court about 7:45 a.m. Saturday.

Police said Mr. Courson was at his mother’s house, 24 Roosevelt St., and was told to leave.

Police said he allegedly went back into the house and choked his ex-girlfriend, who was at the residence with the couple’s daughter.

Police said Mr. Courson then beat up both his mother and his ex-girlfriend and broke household items.

Mr. Courson also violated an order of protection against his daughter.

Mr. Courson is being held at St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility on $20,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in Massena Village Court.
