AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police charged Joshua J. Stiles, 22, of Colton with second-degree criminal trespass Sunday afternoon following an investigation into a trespassing complaint filed Oct. 27 from the town of Pierrepont.



AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT - HERMON - Canton-based state police charged Brooke L. Foster, 18, of Massena with second-degree harassment following an investigation into a complaint filed at 5:15 p.m. Sunday from the town of Hermon. Troopers said the arrest was made at the Pyrites fire station, County Route 21A.



PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged William L. Kinney, 25, of Massena with petit larceny late Sunday morning following an investigation into a larceny complaint filed with troopers at 5:55 p.m. Dec. 30. Troopers said Sunday morning’s arrest was made at 14177 state Route 37, Louisville,



PETIT LARCENY - A fifth St. Lawrence County woman was charged by state police Sunday in connection with a Dec. 2 theft at the Salmon Run Mall.

Watertown-based state police charged Tammy L. Charleston, 45, of Potsdam with petit larceny Sunday following a stop on Route 37 in the town of Watertown.

Patricia J. Tyo, 31, of 182 Route 345, Potsdam, was charged Dec. 8 with two counts of petit larceny after police said she was involved with stealing approximately $879 worth of merchandise from Sears.

Three other defendants also were charged in the shoplifting incident: Kady L. LaFleur, 20, of 235 Center St., Apt. 6; Bobbie J. LaRock, 34, of 118 Jefferson Ave., and an unnamed 14-year-old girl, all from Massena, were charged with one count of petit larceny each. LaRock also was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and endangering the welfare of a child after troopers said she knowingly included the unnamed minor in the criminal activity.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM — Jeffrey G. Lavare, 30, of 25 Dies St., Canton, was charged by Canton-based state police with petit larceny Saturday afternoon.

Police said Lavare took a package of razors, a bottle of weight-loss supplement and an iHome totaling $111.23 from Walmart Supercenter on Route 11.

Lavare is to appear in Potsdam Town Court.



PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM — A Brookyln woman was charged by Canton-based state police with petit larceny Friday afternoon.

Police said Amber A. McShan, 18, took makeup and personal hygiene items totaling $121.51 from Walmart Supercenter on Route 11 in Potsdam.

McShan is to appear in Potsdam Town Court.



PETIT LARCENY - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Young H. Nelson, 73, of Ingleside, Ont., with petit larceny Saturday after troopers responded to a shoplifting complaint at an establishment on Route 37 in the town of Bombay.



AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATON - MOIRA - Massena-based state police reported over the weekend troopers had charged Trista D. Ladue, 22, of Massena with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 10:30 p.m. Dec. 23 on Route 11 in the town of Moira. She had then been taken into custody on an arrest warrant for two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument signed by Massena Village Court.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents over the weekend. Among those:

■ Todd A. Christian, 22, a Clarkson University student from Norwalk, Conn., at 9:19 p.m. Sunday on state Route 68, near Tully Road, in the town of Canton.

■ Kyle J. Berger, 29, of Potsdam at 7:06 p.m. Saturday on County Route 56, near Capell Street Road, in the town of Parishville.

■ Allan G. Sisson, 35, of Fort Covington and Nicole M. Soulia, 34, of Burke at 11:31 a.m. Friday in an accident on Park Street at the driveway of 209 Park Street in the town of Malone.

■ Brianne E. Kiliman, 21, of Massena and Larry M. Bigtree. 60, of Hogansburg at 1:41 p.m. Friday on Route 37C, near the Bernard Keenan Road, in the town of Bombay.

■ Melanie A. Ames, 33, of Canton at 10:32 p.m. Friday on the South Canton Road, near Dayton Road, in the town of Potsdam.

■ Terry J. Hanna, 22, of Madrid and John R. Long, 29, of Liverpool at 1:23 p.m. Friday on Route 37, near Brown Church Road, in the town of Waddington.
