Ogdensburg police ticketed Megan B. Barnes, 31, of Madrid, at 2:38 p.m. Thursday on the 1100 block of State Street for speeding in a school zone.

Police arrested James P. Pike II, 26, 36 Justina St., Heuvelton, at 3:04 p.m. Thursday on a city court arrest warrant stemming from an Dec. 14 incident. He was charged with third-degree attempted assault, endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree burglary. He was arraigned in City Court and released on after posting $2,000 bail.

Decodie T. Adams, 22, 912 Lake St., was ticketed by police at 4:48 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Mansion Avenue for parking in a no parking zone.

Police arrested Kevin N. Woods, 40, 1114 Ford St., at 12:04 a.m. Friday at 505 Kiah St. for endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance with a no-harass and no contact order. No further details were available.

Dawn L. Hutchcroft, 38, 624 New York Ave., was ticketed by police at 1:49 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of Greene Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and missing a tail light.

Lisa M. Todd, 42, 928 Knox St., Apt. B, was ticketed by police at 2:34 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of State Street for speeding in a school zone.
