AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Timothy H. Peets, 46, of 129 Jefferson Ave., Massena, with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with non-transparent windows. Peets, who recently returned to the area from Kentucky, had six scofflaws on three different dates for failure to pay fines and failure to answer summons. His operating privileges had also been revoked for failure to pay child support. Peets was arraigned by Massena Town Justice Gerald P. Sharlow and released on his own recognizance.
