AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Liza M. Regan, 36, of Highland Avenue, Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for failure to signal a turn and operation of an unregistered motor vehicle at 3:05 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Route 37 at Urban Drive.



UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed several people for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following traffic stops on Sunday and Monday. Among those:

■ Anita L. Grant, 59, of Lacombe Road, Norfolk, at 1:50 p.m. Monday on Center Street.

■ Philip E. Vogel II, 22, of Chase Street, Massena, at 10:58 a.m. Sunday on Beach Street.

■ Michael J. LaPage, 22, of Hurley Road, Brasher, at 3:11 p.m. Sunday on East Hatfield Street. He was also ticketed for operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lights.

■ Louise Cree, 84, of Rooseveltown at 3:36 p.m. Sunday on East Hatfield Street.

■ Andrea J. Fellion, 33, of Andrews Street, Massena, at 3:41 p.m. Sunday on Andrews Street.



INADEQUATE STOP LAMPS - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Christopher T. Welch, 27, of Earlville Road, Chateaugay, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate stop lamps at 11:26 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Main Street.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Harry J. Cooper, 45, of Depot Street, Gouverneur, for a stop sign violation at 10:19 a.m. Sunday on Glenn Street at East Orvis Street.



INADEQUATE BRAKE LAMP - MASSENA - Village police ticketed David E. Lalonde, 49, of Mill Street, Hammond, for operation of a vehicle with inadequate brake lamps following a traffic stop at 9:25 a.m. Sunday in the westbound lane of Route 37.
