Ogdensburg city police arrested Jessica A. Dusharm, 25, of 24 Mill St., at her home at 5 p.m. Monday on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at her court date, pay a fine and complete community service. She was originally charged with the criminal possession of stolen property. Ms. Dusharm was arraigned and released under her own recognizance.


Ramona A. Martin, 66, of 29 North Woods Extension, Hermon, was ticketed by police at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of Canton Street for driving an uninspected vehicle.


Joshua A. Petell, 27, of 1302 Ford. St., Room 6, was arrested by police at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday at the probation department on a St. Lawrence County Court bench warrant. He was taken to county jail. No further details were available.


Police ticketed Donald J. Carpenter Jr., 59, 658 Pray Road, at 12:55 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Washington Street for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving an uninspected vehicle.
