BURGLARY - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Francis T. Green, 36, of Parishville with second-degree burglary Wednesday afternoon following a burglary complaint filed with troopers at 9:38 p.m. Jan. 12 from the town of Parishville. Troopers said Green was taken into custody at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday at the Madrid Health Clinic. He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.



UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - BOMBAY - Massena-based state police charged John E. Deragon, 44, of Malone and Isaac A. Harwood, 22, of Burke with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 9:49 a.m. Tuesday on state Route 95. Deragon and Harwood were passengers in a vehicle being operated by Jeffery W. Holcombe, 29, of 7933 Route 11, Chateaugay. He was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a hypodermic needle, both misdemeanors. Holcombe was also ticketed for an equipment violation — operation of a vehicle with broken glass.

Troopers said they stopped Holcombeon state Route 95 in the town of Bombay for a cracked windshield. Police alleged that Holcombe had slurred speech and blood-shot eyes, was asked to exit the vehicle and failed sobriety field tests.

Holcombe was issued appearance tickets returnable to Bombay Town Court. He was released to a third party.

Malone-based state police reported they charged Holcombe with driving while ability impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed him operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following another traffic stop at 12:18 p.m. Tuesday on County Route 23 in the town of Chateaugay. He was again released on an appearance ticket.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - MASSENA - State police investigated several property damage accidents around the region on Wednesday. Among those:

■ Tiffany M. Dumond, 23, of Pittsford at 10:59 a.m. on state Route 56, near Hollywood Road, in the town of Colton.

■ Rodger F. Currier, 44, of Brasher Falls at 10:50 a.m. at McCarthy Road, near County Route 55, in the town of Brasher.
