Ogdensburg City Police arrested Tad J. Remi, 50, of 316 Belmont Courts, at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for second degree harassment. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police charged Amy Marie Hamilton, 29, of 156 Haggart Rd., at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday at Price Chopper for petit license. She was released with an appearance ticket.

Heather A. Halladay, 32, of 513 Greene St., was arrested by police at 5:07 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Ford Avenue on a city court bench warrant for violating her probation. She was taken to county jail without bail. No further information was available.

Grant C. Fifield, 33, of 514 Crescent St. apartment 1, was arrested by police at 9:43 a.m. Thursday at the police station on a city court bench warrant. He was originally charged with third degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and driving an unregistered and uninspected vehicle. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Eric Scott Lalonde, 29, of 4555 Route 812, Heuvelton, was arrested by police at 12:55 p.m. Thursday at the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center on six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. No further details were available Thursday night. He was arraigned and released under probationary supervision.

Police arrested Terri L. Devries, 30, of 224 McIlwee Rd., Heuvelton, at 2:10 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of Ford Street on a city court bench warrant. She was originally charged with disorderly conduct. Ms. Devries was arraigned and released under her own recognizance.
