UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - MASSENA - Village police ticketed John P. Larose, 57, of County Route 36, Chase Mills, for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 12:43 p.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on East Orvis Street.

PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Kaitlyn A. Robinson, 22, of 814 Montgomery St., Ogdensburg, with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 9:02 p.m. Sunday at the Massena Walmart. Police said Robinson walked past the store’s last point of sale without paying for clothes, DVDs, baby merchandise, three trail cameras, bacon and other grocery items. She was released on an appearance ticket.

ARREST WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Tyrone T. Owens, 25, of 595 state Route 11C, Winthrop, on an arrest warrant at 11:23 a.m. Saturday at a residence on Beach Street. He was turned over to Malone-based state police.

SPEEDING - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Dallas Caldwell, 39, of Tewesateni Road, Hogansburg, for speed in zone and operation of a vehicle with an inadequate brake light at 10:10 a.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on South Raquette Road.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police charged Trevor J. Secore, 20, of 187 Center St., Massena, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed him for operation of a vehicle with a loud exhaust following a traffic stop at 10:45 p.m. Friday on Sycamore Street.

BENCH WARRANT - MASSENA - Village police picked up Thomas J. Moore, 41, of 42 Sherwood Drive, Massena, on a bench warrant issued by the Bombay Town Court at 2:26 p.m. Friday. He was turned over to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department pending arraignment in Bombay court.

STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Tammy L. Holliday, 51, of Colgate Drive, Massena, for illegally passing a stop sign following a traffic stop at 2:02 p.m. Friday on Grove Street near Ridgewood Avenue.
