CRIMINAL POSSESSION MARIJUANA - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged two men and a woman with marijuana possession at 2:43 p.m.Friday following a traffic stop initiated by United States Border Patrol agents on state Route 37. Lawrence W. Lapage, 18, of Constable, Dennis D. Mulverhill, 23, of Maloneand Trina S. Gardner, 18, of Constable were charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Mulverhill additionally charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. All three individuals were arraigned in Bombay Town Court and released under the supervision of the Franklin County Probation Department. They are to appear in court at a later date.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Policecharged William G. Phillips, 56, of Potsdamwith seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop at 8:29 p.m. Sundayon Cook Road.

INADEQUATE HEADLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed a number of people for operation of vehicles with inadequate headlights following traffic stops the week of Jan. 13. They included:

■ Paul M. Jacobs, 43, of Hogansburgat 3:15 p.m. Jan. 13 on state Route 37.

■ Eugeni Botzev, 49, of Woodbridge, Ont., at 7:36 p.m. Jan.14 on state Route 37.

■ Alexander J. Tarbell, 26, of Hogansburgat 8:55 p.m. Jan. 14 on Cook Road.

■ Virginia L. Willie, 55, of Akwesasne at 10:38 p.m. Jan. 14 on state Route 37.

■ Alicia L. Curran, 22, of Massena at 1 a.m. Sundayon state Route 37.

■ Tammy L. Phillips, 43, of Potsdamat 8:29 p.m. Sunday.

INADEQUATE TAILLIGHTS - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed a number of people for operation of vehicles with inadequate taillights following traffic stops the week of Jan. 13. They included:

■ Robert J. Oskineegish, 22, of Hogansburgat 7:17 p.m. Jan, 13 on state Route 37.

■ Naylen J. Laffin-Stone, 18, of Hogansburgat 10:04 p.m. Jan. 13.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Shawn M. Square, 35, of Hogansburg with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving motor vehicle without proper license and inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 9:28 p.m. Jan. 13.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Owen T. White, 37, of Hogansburg for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:14 p.m. Jan. 14.

SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Deanna C. Moreau, 22, of Bombayfor speed in zone following a traffic stop at 8:25 p.m. Jan. 14 after she was observed operating a vehicle at 51 M.P.H. in a posted 35 M. P.H. zone.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Christina D. Lazore, 43, of Rooseveltownwith third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed her for inadequate headlights following a traffic stop at 8:53 p.m. Jan. 14.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - AKWESASNE - St.Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Nolan L. Mitchell, 21, of Hogansburg for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 3:15 p.m. Jan. 15.

SPEEDING - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Francine Lariviere, 65, of Dundee, Que., for speed in zone following a traffic stop at 1:31 p.m. Friday after she was observed operating a vehicle at 60 M.P.H. in a posted 45 M.P.H. zone while traveling on state Route 37.

UNINSPECTED MOTOR VEHICLE - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Zachary P. Buntz, 25, of Constable for operation of an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at 1:06 p.m. Friday.

UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police ticketed Colin M. Lazare, 29, of Cornwall, Ontario for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate stop lamps following a traffic stop at 2:26 p.m. Saturday.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE - St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Salvatore F. Rizzo Jr., 42, of Massena with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without stop lights following a traffic stop at 11:07 p.m. Friday.

AGGRAVATED UNLICENSED OPERATION - AKWESASNE -St. Regis Mohawk Tribal Police charged Sarah L. White, 23, of Brasher Fallswith third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, registration suspended and failure to stop at a stop sign following a traffic stop at 9:45 a.m. Thursday.
