Music benefit will raise funds for Massena’s food pantries


MASSENA - The “Play It Forward” music benefit will be held at 7 p.m. Feb 1. at Coach’s Corner, 191 Park Ave, Massena. The proceeds of the evening will go to benefit the Massena food pantries - St. Vincent De Paul , Salvation Army, Meals on Wheels, and the Neighborhood Center.

The evening will be “ a little bit country and a little bit rock ‘n roll.” There will be a “battle of the bartenders,” raffles and a Super Bowl photo booth. There is a $10 admission at the door. The event is sponsor is Witkop Chiropractic.

The evenings performers include The Boyea Family - Vince , Louise, Monica, Mike and Christopher Boyea and Cathy Beard; Ray and the Gang - Ray Gardner, Don Woodcock, and Carter Houk, Don and Donny LaBarge, Tim Gray and Tommy Jock; Lost to Sea - Stacy and Andry Oloan, Kendrick and Thomas Beckstead, also Chuck Noreault, Dave Wells and Greg Currier; Five Quarter - Andrey Oloan. Allison Smith, Pat Duffy, Dave Flight, and Mike Draper; and Juke Hero Box Hero - Ben LaValley, Vinnie Salonick, Bill LaShomb.

Long Time Gone will finish out the evening. Members include Pete Marceau, Mike Guimond and Dan Denney.

Vera Concilio and Larry Compeau will play during the dinner hour.
