FAILURE TO YIELD - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Andrew J. Garrow Jr., 71, of Akwesasne for failure to yield the right of way while entering roadway at 4:43p.m. Monday following a property damage accident on Market Street in front of Ponderosa. Police alleged Garrow Garrow failed to yield the right of way as he was pulling out of Ponderosa and struck a vehicle that was southbound on Market Street.



SPEEDING - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Kristen Chusid, 21, of Hanover, Pa., for speed in zone (48/30) following a traffic stop at 1:43 a.m. Monday on Maple Street.



CELL PHONE VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Tyler J. Moor, 22, of Lake St. Louis, Mo., for use of a mobile phone while driving at 1:34 p.m. Monday following a traffic stop on Maple Street.
