Ogdensburg police ticketed Scott M. Kroeger, 29, of 504 Ford Ave., at 5:54 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of Ford Avenue for failure to signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Police ticketed Brooke L. Dailey, 19, of 1013 South Water St., at 12:15 a.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Ogden Street for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and driving with inadequate exhaust.

Police ticketed Mariah D. Ahmad, 24, of 805 Caroline St., Apt. 2, at 9:36 a.m. Saturday at Ogdensburg Free Academy for parking in a fire lane.

Joseph O. Montoya, 25, of 433 Belmont Courts, was arrested by police at 4:26 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Spring Street for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Melinda A. Montroy, 28, last known address 424 Belmont Courts, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Spring Street on a city court bench warrant. She was originally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief related to an incident on Dec. 13. Ms. Montroy was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Police ticketed Amber D. Crowley, 29, of 789 Lost Village Road, at 5:18 p.m. Saturday at Price Chopper for petit larceny.

Police ticketed Kaitlyn A. Robinson, 22, of 1108 Knox St., at 8:55 p.m. Saturday at Price Chopper for petit larceny.

Ryan Hughes, 18, of 11 Mill St., reported his bicycle stolen at Belmont Courts at 8:53 p.m. Saturday. Mr. Hughes described the bike as a red Mongoose with black tape on the handlebars. He said he saw two men taking it, one wearing a yellow jacket. Police had not recovered the bike as of Monday evening.

Police ticketed Nicole L. Gilbert, 28, of 721 Albany Ave., at 1:17 p.m. Sunday at Ogdensburg Free Academy for parking in a fire lane.

Police ticketed Robert C. Brabant Jr., 54, of Albany Avenue, at 1:17 p.m. Sunday at Ogdensburg Free Academy for parking in a fire lane.

Police ticketed Lisa A. Witkowski, 38, of 428 Chestnut St., at 1:17 p.m. Sunday at Ogdensburg Free Academy for parking in a fire lane. Ms. Witkowski was also ticketed for having an expired inspection.
