UNNECESSARY NOISE - POTSDAM - Village police charged Ryan J. Minsker, 21, of Brewster with unnecessary noise - yelling at 12:49 a.m. Sunday on Leroy Street after responding to a noise complaint.

HARASSMENT - POTSDAM - Village police charged Jase A. Page, 28, of Potsdam with second-degree harassment at 1:20 a.m. Sunday following an altercation on Market Street.

ISSUING A BAD CHECK - POTSDAM - Village police charged Dianne L. Camidge, 50, of Gouverneur with issuing a bad check at 2:47 p.m. Sunday. She reportedly passed a check on an account with insufficient funds on Dec. 30 at Save-A-Lot.

UNSAFE LANE CHANGE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Amir Enayati, 29, of Potsdam for making an unsafe lane change and operation of an uninspected motor vehicle at 10:56 p.m. following a traffic stop on Market Street.
