FOLLOWING TOO CLOSELY - POSDAM - Village police ticketed Harvey W. Eastman, Jr., 40 of Lafargevillefor following too closely at 3:41 p.m. Monday following a property damage accident on Sandstone Drive at Pine Street. Police said Eastman rearended a stopped vehicle on Sandstone Drive, damaging the rear of the vehicle that he struck.
