PETIT LARCENY - MASSENA - Village police charged Bonnie L. Jeror, 30, of 137 Center St., Apt. 2, Massena, with petit larceny at 6:22 p.m. Saturday after responding to a shoplifting complaint at the Massena Walmart. She allegedly walked past the last point of sale without paying for $26.70 worth of merchandise, items that included socks, underwear and a headband.



UNLICENSED OPERATION - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Leah B. Musante, 20, of Chase Street, Massena, for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle at 1:30 a.m. Sunday following a traffic stop on Cedar Street.



NO SEATBELT - MASSENA - Village police ticketed John M. Kemison, 22, of Roosevelt Street, Massena, for failure to wear a seatbelt at 10:12 p.m. Saturday following a traffic stop on Woodlawn Avenue.



STOP SIGN - MASSENA - Village police ticketed Matthew R. Williams, 24, of Jefferson Avenue, Massena, for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign at 9:51 p.m. Saturday following a stop on Beach Street.
