GRAND LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Nina M. Duprey, 35, of 5 Twin Circle, Plattsburgh, with third-degree grand larceny for her role in a Jan. 25 incident at the Malone Walmart store. Shewas arraigned in local court and sent to the Franklin County Jail. Duprey had been released under the supervision of the probation department earlier in the day following an appearance on third-degree grand larceny and fifth-degree conspiracy charges in Massena Village Court. Duprey and two co-defendants had previously been charged with stealing several thousand dollars worth of electronics from the Massena and Potsdam Walmarts.

PETIT LARCENY - OWEGATCHIE - Ogdensburg-based state police charged Amanda K. Delosh, 34, of Massena with petit larceny Tuesday morning stemming from an investigation into a Dec. 8 incident at the Ogdensburg Walmart.

PETIT LARCENY - POTSDAM - Canton-based state police charged Foster H. Mitchell, 19, of Tannersville with petit larceny after responding to a shoplifting complaint at 5:04 p.m. Tuesday at the Potsdam Walmart.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - WINTHROP - State police invesstigated several property damage accidents Tuesday around the region. Among those:

■ K.L. Fountaine, 43, of Massena and Larry J. Phippen, 62, of Brasher Falls at 8:05 p.m. on state Route 420 at Route 11C in Winthrop.

■ Dana W. McCaffrey, 60, of Moira at 10:45 p.m. on County Route 17, near Patterson Road, in the town of Moira.

DWI - WESTVILLE - Malone-based state police charged Rosemarie Lauzon, 22, of Fort Covington with driving while intoxicated following a stop at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday at 32 Foster Road in the town of Westville.
