CRIMINAL CONTEMPT - PARISHVILLE - Canton-based state police charged Michael S. Hack, 40, of Potsdam with a felony count of first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment Tuesday evening stemming from an investigation into a domestic dispute that was reported to troopers at 3:04 p.m. Feb. 8 from the town of Parishville.

He was arraigned in local court and sent to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.

Troopers had charged Hackwith second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment following an investigation into a domestic dispute complaint filed with troopers at 10:36 a.m. Feb. 5 from the town of Parishville. The arrest was made at 3:45 p.m. that same day.



TWO INJURED - COLTON - Canton-based state police said two people were injured in a one-vehicle accident reported at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday on Route 56, near the Stark Road, in the town of Colton. Troopers said the vehicle was operated by Aubrey B. Gravelle, 79, of Tupper Lake. Her vehicle reportedly went off the roadway, struck several trees and came to rest in a wooded area. Rescue units from South Colton, Colton and Parishville also responded to the accident scene.



PETIT LARCENY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Courtney L. Garris, 25, of Massena with petit larceny at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday stemming an investigation into a shoplifting incident reported to troopers at 12:45 p.m. Monday. Troopers said the arrest was made at 259 County Route 43 in Massena.



PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENTS - CANTON - State police investigated a number of property damage accidents around the region on Tuesday. Among those:

■ Kevin F. Schlueter, 41, of Newton Fall sat 7:56 a.m. on Route 3, near Route 56, in the town of Colton.

■ Melissa A. Lacomb, 33, of Norfrolk at 7:37 p.m. on River Road, near Noreen Drive, in the village of Norwood.

■ Charles F. Roach, 60, of Heuvelton and Connor David Maskell, 18, of Waddington at 1:57 p.m. on St. Lawrence Avenue, near Beech Street, in the town of Waddington.

■ Denver N. Reagan, 23, of Waddington and Joshua D. Johnston, 28, of Chateaugay at 11:45 a.m. on state Route 11 at County Route 52 in the town of Chateaugay.

■ Bethany J. Hebert, 33, of Brushton at 4:57 p.m. on County Route 16, near Route 11, in the the town of Bangor.
