UNLAWFUL POSSESSION - POTSDAM - Village police charged the driver and two passengers with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop at 9:15 p.m. Tuesday on the Hamlin-Powers access road on the Clarkson University campus.

■ Lillian H. Chen, 19, of Westborough, Mass., was also ticketed for failure to stop at a stop sign. Police said Chen was found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and smoking devices.

■ Sara V. Orsino, 19, of New Hartfordwas found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and a smoking device, police said.

■ Lucas W. Audycki, 20, of Bellevue, Wash., wasalso found to be in possession of a small quantity of marijuana and smoking devices, according to police.



CROSSWALK VIOLATION - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Matthew J. Bankaitis, 21, of Horseheads for failure to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk following a traffic stop at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street.
