MOBILE PHONE - POTSDAM - Village police ticketed Michaela R. Kenny, 20, of Geneva for driving while using a mobile phone at 10:31 a.m. Wednesday on Clarkson Avenue. She was issued a ticket to appear Feb. 28 in Potsdam Village Court.

Upon executing the search warrant, the two dogs and four cats were removed from the residence and will make a full recovery. Investigation continues.
