Ogdensburg police arrested Alonza J. Omarah, 19, of 1309 Knox St., at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday at his home on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was arraigned and released under his own recognizance.

Police arrested Roger D. Keith, 53, of 1420 Jay St., at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to appear at his court date. He was originally charged with having a dog at large. Mr. Keith paid a $50 fine and was released.

Police arrested Misty D. Lewis, 33, of 500 New York Ave., apt. 2, at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday at her home on a city court arrest warrant for second-degree burglary. She was arraigned and released under the supervision of probation.

Police arrested Martin E. Borden, 56, of 80 Park St., Kentville, Nova Scotia, at 5:19 a.m. Thursday at the bridge plaza for fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Mr. Borden posted $250 bail and was released with an appearance ticket.

Police arrested Bobbi Jo L. McMahon, 33, of 243 Belmont Courts, at 9:48 a.m. Thursday at the police station on a city court bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. She was arraigned, paid the outstanding fine and was released.

Police arrested Vicky A. McDonald, 53, of 621 Rensselaer Ave., at 11:09 a.m. Thursday at the police station on a city court arrest warrant for third-degree assault. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.

Police ticketed Jay Derrig, 59, of 21 Georgina St., Brockville, Ontario, at 11:18 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Proctor Avenue for driving 42 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour speed zone.
